Pre-purchased time can be used for any one-on-one service offered by Alexandra Windsong but can not be used for classes or other group events, nor can they be transferred to another person
Absolutely no refunds.
Pre-purchased hours must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused hours are forfeited and may no longer be redeemed. Special arrangements can be made regarding expiration dates for packages purchased as gifts.
While appointments may be available sooner, please allow a lead time of 7 - 10 days when scheduling an appointment.
A discount package may be purchased for an individual or a household.

Purchase a new package on the day you use the last amount of time on a current package, and you will save an additional 5% on the new package.
Please note: in order to receive the additional five percent discount, you must purchase the new package on the day you use the last amount of time on your previous package.
