Cancellation & Refund Policies
These policies apply only to events in which registration is directly with Alexandra Windsong or through this website.
Retreats
If you cancel your registration 31 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a credit which you may apply toward a future retreat within the next 24 months. No refunds. Credit toward future retreat only. 301-606-2607 to cancel. Registrations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the retreat and no-shows will receive no credit and no refund. You may transfer your registration to someone else with prior notice. Last day to request transfer is June 20, 2018. 301-606-2607 to request transfer. If Alexandra cancels the retreat, you will be given the option of either a full refund or a credit toward a future retreat within the next 24 months. Not responsible for losses regarding other costs incurred, such as, but not limited to, loss of deposits or penalties for canceling hotel reservations if you are staying off-site.
All Other Classes, Workshops, and Events
Should you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the scheduled event or class you will receive a credit which can be applied to other classes, services, or events with Alexandra -- credit cannot be used for classes and events where registration is through another entity or venue. Should you cancel your registration for any event or class less than 72 hours before it is scheduled, or not show, no credit will be given. You may however, allow someone else to use your space. Any financial consideration for such an arrangement is between you and the person you gave your seat to. If Alexandra cancels the event, you will be given the option of a refund or a credit to use toward other events and services
